Breathe in and let go...

Is there something you actually wish you had left behind in the last year?

A certain pattern, a fear, a control mechanism, something that holds you back, that no longer serves you...?

Sometimes what you are holding on to also feels very familiar somewhere. Forcing yourself to let go is never the way and during this Breathwork Circle we explore in a safe setting where you might be able to let go with small steps.

You are invited to create a little more space for new energy with every in-breath and to let go with every out-breath....

The intention of this breathing circle is connection.

Connection with the gentle power of the breath, with yourself, your femininity, everything around you & the magic of life.

We build the breath slowly and gradually, until the breath eventually becomes a gentle consciously connected breath. Even during that connected breath, the invitation is to always stay connected to yourself, to your body, to sink into presence.

Contraindications of breathwork.

Although the breathwork I teach always has a focus on relaxation and connection, a lot happens in your body during a breathwork session. Therefore, breathwork is not recommended for the complaints listed below. Not sure? Let me know, and we'll discuss your specific situation.

- High blood pressure

- Diabetes

- Epilepsy or other neurological disorders (current or past)

- Cardiovascular disease (including aneurysm & now or past)

- Kidney disorders

- Eye and retinal problems (incl. glaucoma)

- Thyroid disorders

- Alcohol or drug addiction

- Severe psychological, psychosomatic or psychiatric conditions or trauma (PTSD)

- Recent surgery, stitches or (open) wounds

Pregnancy, asthma, panic attacks/hyperventilation and medication use for anxiety, depression, AD(H)D ) also require prior consultation.
